La première et courte semaine de trois jours après le break des vacances est consacrée aux bases de notre business plan. Un ancien élève vient nous présenter les éléments qui devront y figurer. Formes des entreprises finlandaises, process marketing, matrice SWOT, établissement des prix, calcul des marges, calcul financier global, assurances, aspects environnementaux du projet, description du marché, cashflow et autres joyeusetés. Bref de quoi s’amuser pour les longues soirées d’hiver qui risquent de se révéler plus courtes que prévues…

The first and short three days week after the holiday break is devoted to the basics of our business plan. A former student presents us the elements that should be included in it. Forms of Finnish enterprises, process marketing, SWOT matrix pricing, margin calculations, global financial calculation, insurances, environmental aspects of the project, market description, cashflow and whatnot. In short, something to have fun for the long winter nights which may be shorter than expected…
